Featured Project – Modern Log Townhouse Living in Tampere

Hirsihovi, completed on Hipunkatu in Linnainmaa, Tampere, is a modern log townhouse complex with six units that combines high-quality construction, functional architecture, and a healthy log structure.

Completed in late 2025, this project demonstrates that log construction is also ideally suited for modern townhouse development. Hirsihovi combines the practicality of townhouse living with the natural comfort of log construction and healthy indoor air quality.

Six two-story apartments were built at the site: three 79 m² apartments, one 101 m² apartment, and two 102 m² apartments. Carefully designed floor plans, high-quality finishes, and a private yard for each apartment come together to form a functional whole that meets a variety of living needs.

Hirsihovi serves as a model of how modern log construction offers a competitive alternative even in dense urban environments and in corporate-style housing development.
