Finnish timber from sustainable forests
All the logs we use are Finnish pine and spruce. We cooperate with operators who ensure the continued health and sustainable management of forests. When wood grows in Finnish forests, it absorbs carbon, and when it is made into logs, the carbon is stored in the structure of the house for decades.
Smart production means more quality and less waste
We manufacture log structures in our own factory in Ruovesi, where optimisation, precision and minimisation of waste are the guiding principles. We use all raw materials as efficiently as possible and recycle the by-products appropriately, e.g. for energy production. For us, quality and resource efficiency go hand in hand.
Energy-efficient and breathable structure
A log house is inherently energy efficient. A tight, carefully designed log structure reduces the need for heating energy and provides a comfortable indoor climate. The houses we build are proven to be tight and energy-efficient, which benefits both the environment and the occupant.
Long-lasting and recyclable
When we build with logs, we build for the long term. A log house will last for decades and even centuries, and at the end of its life, the wood can be reused. A log house is one of the best examples of the circular economy in construction.

Construction is a long-term investment, which is why reliability is as important to us as quality. Certificates and independent evaluations show that our operations are transparent, responsible and financially sound.

We are a member of the Vastuu Group's Trusted Partner programme. All the information required by the Finnish law 1233/2006 is up-to-date and easily verifiable, making things easier for customers and cooperation partners.
Contractor's obligation
We comply with all the requirements of the law on contractor obligation and liability: tax debt certificates, insurance information and registration details are in order and up to date. We act transparently and in compliance with the law on every project.
CE-marked log products
Our logs are CE-marked. This guarantees that our products meet European quality, safety and durability standards. For the customer, this translates into uniform, tested and standard-compliant structures.
AAA credit rating
The highest AAA credit rating reflects a strong financial base and good solvency. We are a stable and reliable partner for a long construction project.
