The starting point is not a predefined model, but what holiday means to you: relaxation, togetherness, closeness to nature or active pursuits.
Modern timber construction provides a natural and healthy basis for design work. Logs create a comfortable indoor climate and are highly resistant to changing weather conditions, allowing the holiday house to function reliably all year round. In architecture, we emphasise clear, timeless lines and solutions that link seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, regardless of if plot is in a forest, on a rocky hillside or by a lake.
With a fully personalised design, every detail can be taken into account: the views in the main windows, the positioning of the building in relation to natural forms, the dialogue of the terraces and outdoor spaces, the flow of the interior and the views from the sauna. You can start the process with your own idea, a hand-drawn sketch or a set of architectural drawings, and we will work with you to turn them into a functional whole.

This is how the unique holiday house process works
1. We listen to your wishes regarding your house and leisure time activities
The process starts with a discussion to establish what kind of activities your holiday home needs to support: a peaceful stay, active pursuits, remote work or year-round use. We go over the location of the plot, landscape and technical conditions so that the design is based on your real needs.
2. We design the right whole for your plot
We will create an initial site and sketch plan that takes advantage of the strengths of the site, such as views, landforms and orientation. These will form the basis of a holiday home, which will be refined together into a functional whole.
3. Finalise the architectural and structural plans for the holiday home
Once the draft meets your requirements, we draw up detailed plans for a customised timber frame. We take into account factors such as energy efficiency, functionality of spaces, layout of sauna facilities and the technical requirements of timber construction, so that the finished house is both durable and easy to use.
4. We manufacture the timber frame of your holiday home in our own factory
The timber frame is made to measure according to the plans. Each log is prepared and finished in our factory so that installation on site is fast and quality is consistent. This ensures that the foundation for your future home is stable and long-lasting.
5. We deliver the timber frame to your plot. Construction can begin!
Once the timber frame is ready, we deliver it to the plot as agreed. From then on, a local builder or contractor of your choice will erect the frame and continue building towards the finished holiday home.
