How the personalised log home design process works
1. We listen to your wishes
We start with a discussion about your dreams, needs, budget and the specifics of the plot. The aim is to understand what kind of leisure or living activities the home will support.
2. We create a draft for you
The designer compiles your wishes into a clear draft. We take into account the views, orientation, functionality of different spaces and landscape. The sketch serves as a starting point for further discussion, and we work on it together until the whole feels right.
3. We finalise individual plans
Once the sketch is right, we draw up more detailed architectural and structural plans. At this stage, we ensure that the technical solutions, sizing and material choices support your wishes and site requirements.
4. We manufacture the customised log body in our factory
Once the plans have been approved, we manufacture the log body of your house in our own factory. Each part is made to exact measurements to ensure that installation on the plot goes as smoothly as possible.
5. We deliver the log body to the plot – construction can begin
The finished log body is delivered to your plot within the agreed timeframe. From then on, the building project will progress with a local contractor or builder of your choice, and soon you will have a home that reflects you and your life.
