When you sign a new contract between December 1 and December 19, 2025, you will receive a high-quality reinforced concrete foundation for your house as part of the deal. This offer applies to Sateelta suojaan and Muuttovalmis deliveries. Deliveries must be made by June 1, 2026.

The campaign includes:

Reinforced concrete foundation

• Cast in situ plinth 900 mm

• Concrete strength as designed

• Vertical reinforcement of the plinth according to the foundation plan

Foundations for covered terraces 

• Installation of pillar tubes 

• Tube foot included as an accessory 
  

Terms, conditions and restrictions of the campaign: 

• The offer applies to new contracts signed between 1 and 19.12.2025, with delivery no later than 1.6.2026, and with Rainproof and Ready to Move delivery.

• The offer applies to 900mm cast plinths. The plinth coating is not included in the delivery.

• Delivery to Finland. Does not apply to island deliveries or existing contracts. Cannot be combined with other offers.

• The value of the foundation is €5,000–15,000, depending on the size of the building. 

• The offer does not apply to saunas.
